NEW CLASSES:
Women's Conditioning!
Wednesday's at 7:15pm - Beginning January 13, 2010
this class will focus on calisthenics, core strengthening, fat burning aerobics, endurance training, stretching, and body sculpting

Gentlemen bring your wives and/or women friends and receive one Men's Conditioning class free.

Ladies bring your husbands and/or male friends and receive one Women's Conditioning class free.


PILATES
Joseph Pilates developed this form of body conditioning that focuses on the central "core" that he referred to as the "girdle of strength". Pilates trains the body as it works and functions in daily life. It is a unique system of stretching, strengthening and lengthening performed on a mat or through use of the specialized pilates equipment found at Natural Instincts Inc.

The basis of the pilates exercise approach is realignment, conditioning and lengthening of the body. This discipline includes controlled essential elements that are based upon trunk control and body awareness, particularly in the abdominial area. The exercises can be very individualized and performed at one's own pace.

This program will reshape and tone your body into a new "pilates body"!!



YOGA
Practicing yoga draws the bodily system into harmony, regulates metabolism, strengthens the body and curbs unhealthy cravings. Yoga is based on the premise that in order to live in true health, one must care for the physical, mental and emotional as an interdependent system. The benefits of yoga are many and Natural Instincts Inc. offers this ancient art as a means to help prevent illness and debilitation while improving the body's intricate system.


TAI CHI
This is a traditional Chinese martial art attributed to a sequence of slow, relaxed movements designed to enhance a person's balance, coordination and flexibility. Tai Chi strengthens the natural connections between the body's muscular system, breathing and circulation. Tai Chi heals the body by guiding Chi "life energy" to all the organs through slow and repetitive movements. It's natural, it's instinctive, it's accommodating to your body's needs. Come and take part in this experience!!


BELLY DANCE
Come and enjoy the freeing, flowing experience of North African belly dance. This ancient celebration of female energy will allow you to shimmy, bump and shake your stress away while reapinig the benefits of aerobic exercise and muscle toning.


ZUMBA
Here is a way to dance your way to fitness!! Its filled with Latin rhythms both fast and slow with motivating beats to keep you on your feet!! It's definately a high-energy work out! This will build your endurance, burn fat, and tone your body as you learn just what your body is capable of!!
Come On!! Get on your feet! You don't need anything but a willingness to move your body and have fun in the process!!

MANTRA CORNER!
A physical location in our studio where you can exercise "The Essence of Being" while surrendering your cares to the "Solace in Sound". In this corner you will find our Restorative Chair where you can meditate to restore balance, the Inversion Machine that you can suspend from while strengthening your core, the Spine Correction Machine, and NEW to our corner is the Chi Machine. The Chi Machine is designed to activate cells, relieve stress and tension on the spine, improve immunity and durability, stimulate blood circulation, and stimulate the lymphatic system to detoxify.

WOMEN'S/MEN'S CONDITIONING
This is a fitness class for men AND women who are ready to meet the challenge of a military style workout, drills consisting of cardio strengthening and toning, endurance training, and stretching. Can you meet the challenge???

NATURAL SCULPT
A class designed to slim thighs, hips, arms and midsection while improving balance and flexibility to develop the long , lean sculpted look of a dancer’s body. Come out and experience our latest wellness concept.

ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture activates healing in the body by stimulating points that connect with our internal channels of energy. The points are stimulated by the insertion of needles in the skin. (The needles are painless,very few people experience discomfort). The treatments usually last about an hour.

MASSAGE
The massage session emphasizes tension release and relaxation. Treatment takes 60 minutes.

HOLISTIC FITNESS TRAINING
Holistic fitness training is personal training from a holistic perspective. It emphasizes nutrition, meditation, and the natural rhythms of the body. Sessions typically last 90 minutes.

ENERGY WORK
Energy work combines guided meditation for relaxation and healing with Reiki, healing touch therapy. Reiki uses light touch of the hands to focus healing energy on different parts of the body. (Laying on hands is a common term). Sessions take 45 minutes.
